Creatures of the Deep

I heard people scream for their lives as the tentacles whacked the beaches. I heard sirens as the ambulance were rushing to people's aid.

I saw my life flash before my eyes because of the Kraken. I could see people trying to take the first flight out of the island, all rushing and pushing.

I tasted the salty water as I tried to swim away from the Kraken, but I failed. I could feel big water drops from the sea, the salty water dripping into my mouth.

I felt a slimy tentacle whack my face on the glitter beautiful beach. I could feel the sand under me as I tried to crawl to safety.

I wondered, after all of this are people going to come to an end.
